Harold Kimmelman is a Philadelphia sculptor who currently lives in the suburbs of Wayne. Kimmelman has created several public sculptures that are now well-known Philadelphia icons, such as his stainless steel piece 'Burst of Joy' outside the Gallery at Market East. His preference in media is working with metal, but he also works with concrete, stone, and wood.
